Part pirate, part diver – Mr. Hille van Dieren has been collecting odds and ends from the North Sea for almost 40 years.

His Wrakkenmuseum (Shipwreck Museum) shows what humans have lost, cast aside or misplaced to the ocean. …but is he permitted to keep all the items which wash up on shore or snatched underwater from off a wreck?
